Composition:
This veterinary injection combines two potent antibiotics:


Cefoperazone Sodium: A third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic known for its broad-spectrum activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
Sulbactam Sodium: A β-lactamase inhibitor that enhances the efficacy of Cefoperazone by inhibiting bacterial enzymes that degrade β-lactam antibiotics.


Indications:
This injection is used in veterinary medicine to treat severe bacterial infections in animals, including:


Respiratory tract infections
Soft tissue and skin infections
Urinary tract infections

Mechanism of Action:


Cefoperazone Sodium disrupts bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to cell death.
Sulbactam Sodium prevents the destruction of Cefoperazone by binding to β-lactamase enzymes produced by resistant bacteria, extending the spectrum of activity.
